Nationally, our unit collaborates with the UMR 1059 INSERM unit in Saint-Etienne, the UMR_S1266 INSERM unit at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurosciences in Paris, the UMR 7178 CNRS unit in Strasbourg, the Genoinformatics center at the Jacques Monod Institute, UMR 7592 CNRS, Paris, the Hydroscience UMR 5569 CNRS in Montpellier, the INSERM UMR-S 1250 P3Cell in Reims and EA 7475 in Rouen.

At the international level, we collaborate with the Belgian Nuclear Research Centre in Mol, the Laboratory of Translational Research "Stress and Immunity", Hospital of the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, the Institute of Biomedical Problems, Moscow, the National Research Collections Australia (NRCA CSIRO – Australian Herbarium), the Cryptogamy laboratory at the University of Yaoundé I (Cameroon) and Dr Fukuchi's team at the University of Illinois, USA.
